Straightforward data practices.

This notice explains the information used by the PCR Services website and business workspace. It is effective August 25, 2026.

Information you choose to share

When you request an estimate, PCR Services may collect your name, email address, phone number, project address, preferred timing, and the project details you submit. Customer records may also include estimates, invoices, scheduling notes, and records of cash, check, or Zelle payments.

Basic website activity

The site records limited usage information such as the page viewed, the referring site’s origin, campaign tags, a general device category, and a random session identifier. The identifier stays in your browser session and is used to avoid duplicate page-view counts. The site does not use advertising cookies or intentionally store your IP address in its traffic reports.

How information is used

PCR Services uses this information to respond to project requests, prepare and manage estimates and invoices, schedule work, record payments, maintain customer records, understand which pages are useful, protect the service, and meet legal obligations.

Payments

This website does not collect card numbers, bank-account credentials, or Zelle login details. Cash, check, and Zelle payments are recorded by the crew after receipt. Any Zelle transfer is completed through the destination shown in the customer invoice, outside this website.

Sharing and retention

Information is not sold. It may be handled by service providers that host or operate the website and business tools, or disclosed when required by law. Records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for projects, business administration, security, and legal requirements.

Questions or requests

Use the project contact form and write “privacy request” in the project details. PCR Services can then verify and respond to your request through the contact method you provide.
